We have teams located throughout all of greater Sacramento and surrounding areas and can therefore cover pretty much any Sacramento Suburb.
2. What type of services do you offer?
Our cleaning company provides domestic and commercial cleaning services throughout Sacramento. Our services cover a broad range of tasks such as weekly Domestic services, After Builders Cleans, Spring/One time Cleaning, Carpet/Steam Cleaning, Guaranteed move out Cleaning, house sitting, and shopping errands.
We are proud to have been in the business for years and pride ourselves on the fact that we carry out only quality services. We have served all types of different customers and have successfully performed cleaning services in numerous homes, offices, shops, pubs, restaurants and many more.
3. Do you work Nights/ Weekends/ Holidays, etc. and what are your working hours?
Our professional and friendly staff work seven days a week and have a flexible schedule. During the week our appointments start between 8am- 6pm.Our cleaners also do work during Weekends, Holidays and even Nights (upon request). Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide services on every holiday we usually have teams available and willing to work.
4. Do you charge extra if working during the weekends?
As we do value your business and appreciate that for some customers weekends are the only option to have the service carried out we do not charge extra for weekends, our hourly rates are fixed, and our quotes for an entire service (non-hourly) would be the same as if you were to book the service mid-week. Of course, booking in advance is always recommended for you to get a time and date that suits you.
5. Are there any taxes on top of the quoted prices ?
Unless the property is not as described or you alter the service you wish to be carried out, there are no additional charges on top of the price you have been quoted. The offer supplied to you by our helpful customer service assistants is all inclusive of taxes, products, and services, as long as you are able to provide a free parking space for our team, you will not pay anything in addition.
6. Are your services guaranteed? Are you insured?We have proved to be a company that provides only quality cleaning services most of which are guaranteed (any hourly rate service is only guaranteed by the amount of time spent at the property). Our End of Lease cleaning, After builders, and One off services (non hourly) all come with a guarantee, In the case that you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, just call our office within 24 hours of the job being performed and we will organise a free re-clean for you or some form of mutually agreed resolution. We insist on making sure that there are no missed spots and all of our customers are satisfied. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
7. Are your staff pre-screened?
All of our staff consist of professionally trained and experienced cleaners. Each of them are pre-screened and we usually require recommendations from previous employers. They are friendly and helpful and will do their best to satisfy all of your cleaning needs.
8.Can I request a certain date for the cleaning?
Of course you can always specify the date for your cleaning appointment and we will do our best to match those requirements. However we recommend you to book your service at least a week in advance which should guarantee you the most suitable appointment time for you in our flexible schedule.
9. Do you have rescheduling or cancellation fees?
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask that this is done so at least 24 hours prior to the service being carried out, .
10. Do I need to be at my property while the cleaners are there?
Your presence during the cleaning process is not obligatory. You do not have to be at the property all the time but only upon the arrival of our cleaners to let them in or provide them with a key and if necessary, instructions towards the service required, also upon the completion of the cleaning service we require you to be there to inspect the premises and once you are satisfied to make a payment. Of course, you are more than welcome to stay at home while the cleaning is taking place if you are available at that time.
11. Do you provide the chemicals and equipment for the cleaning?
Yes, we do provide products and equipment for all of our cleaning services but sometimes we reuest the customer to supply chemicals and equipment, if this is not possible we can supply these at no additional cost. We use environmentally friendly products where possible.
